Think of it as mouth art, or smile jewellery. Artistically, custom designed, Grillz, made out of 10k, 14k, 18k solid gold, rose gold, white gold or sterling silver. These beauties can be bedazzled with diamonds, rubies, tanzanite’s, emeralds, opals, engraved, embossed.
Process
Each design is original and one of a kind. They are specifically designed to easily slip over your teeth, without damaging your teeth or soft tissue. Grillz can be designed to cover one tooth or a whole dental arch, sometimes even both arches if that’s what you’re after.

Step 1 - Molds
First, we need to get the dental impression of your teeth and make molds from them.
Step 2 - Casting
We cast the material (usually gold) in a centrifuge using the lost-wax casting technique.
Step 3 - Polishing
Lastly, we clean up the casting material and polis the Grillz to the perfect shine.
